Default 11/9 Cards

10* Cards -6 -104 ive seen Rutgers play a few times and they are a solid team, however they are not WV and i dont think their run game is going to be strong enough to pick apart the cards, if they cant run they straight up they are going to have problems, they are not bad at screens but they are not great either and Lousville's D is dumb fast, i believe the cards O will perform much better then last week and will be able to take this by a td without the help of their d, but their d is going to win it for them, by forcing Rutgers into trying to pass the ball they are creating turnovers and take it by at least 7
